How to use: Lie down comfortably and place the relevant crystal on the appropriate chakra. Root: just above the pubic bone or off the body between the legs. Sacral: between the hip bones, just beneath the belly button. Solar plexus: between the lower ribs and belly button. Heart: at the centre of your chest. Throat: at the base of your throat. Third eye: between the eyebrows. Crown: off the body right above your head

Listen to the provided guided meditation or simply lay for as long as you need to, visualising each chakra – one at a time, for a few breaths from the root to the crown – feeling the healing energy of the crystals doing their work and each chakra cleansing and balancing.
