Soul Emporium is a family-run business, our small team aim to carefully collate, package and ship your precious crystals within 4 working days during non-peak/seasonal periods.

Urgent Orders
If you require an item urgently (for example, as a gift), please contact us directly via email before completing your checkout. While we can’t always guarantee faster dispatch, we’ll do our very best to assist where possible. You can contact us at: orders@soulemporium.com

Soul Emporium uses Royal Mail as its primary delivery service. 

Upon shipment of your order you will receive a confirmation email from us. This email will contain your Royal Mail tracking link. If you believe your confirmation email to be missing, please double check your spam/junk/promotions folder and deleted bin.

You can track the delivery status of your order by using the tracking code provided.

Please note that we cannot answer individual crystal queries regarding recommendations or of a similar nature. 

 

My order hasn't arrived yet, what can I do?

We aim to ship your order within 2-4 working days, please allow time for the postal service to deliver your items (timings will depend on your location). You can track your delivery using the tracking information provided. If your tracking hasn't changed in 48 hours please contact us.

 

Where do you shop to?

Soul Emporium ships within the UK (including Isle of Man, Jersey and Guernsey) and to Europe.


Do I have to pay customs charges?

EU Orders – Customs & VAT - Please note that all orders sent from the UK to EU countries may incur import VAT, customs duties and a handling fee upon arrival. These charges vary by country and are collected by your local postal service or customs authority. Unfortunately, these fees are outside of our control. We recommend checking your country’s import rules before placing an order, as any customs or VAT charges are the responsibility of the customer.
