Often referred to as the crystal of peace, it helps to calm the mind and is especially useful when you find your thoughts spiralling out of control and you can’t make sense of anything.
How to use: If you know that you are going into a situation or environment that makes you anxious, meditate beforehand holding a piece of sodalite in one hand and focus on your breath as you imagine drawing the calming energies of the crystal in through your hand, up through your arm and into your mind. You can also add clear quartz crystal points to create a crystal grid.
