A documentary about a series of art projects made with art students including "The Wheel of Feelings", with writing from inmates at Allegheny County Jail; the Cherry Singing tree, completed by Chinese and Hispanic seniors in San Francisco, and the Wall of Care, a mural painted inside the school where the children painted their neighborhood showered with care.
