"Stories from the Dust in the Corner" is an exploration of the choices and experiences at life's end, told through 15 years of portrait painting and stories from rural Virginia, India, Bosnia and more. It is also a meditation on the ever-returning presence of the dust, and the possibility that our spirits, too, will show up again.
